A - CCPM Inc. is a privately owned company that specializes in the operations and maintenance of the physical plants of commercial and industrial buildings.
Q - WHAT SERVICES DOES CCPM Inc. provide?
A - CCPM Inc. provides full-time and temporary building operations staff to operate and maintain commercial and industrial buildings. We can also assist in the commissioning of buildings and/or equipment, as well as providing project supervision.
Q - WHO ARE YOUR CLIENTS?
A - Our clients are building owners, managers or companies that are responsible for the management of buildings.
Q - WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
A - Temporary operations staff is billed based on an hourly rate as agreed upon between us and our client. Full-time staffing is billed through a monthly management fee based on number of employees and the scope of work for the particular facility.
Q - HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU PROVIDE STAFFING WHEN REQUESTED?
A - CCPM Inc. will make every attempt to provide a temporary building operator within a maximum of two weeks upon request. Full-time staffing will be available for the start of the contract.
Q - ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES COVERED UNDER WSIB?
A - It’s the law. Yes, they are.
Q - DO YOU OFFER YOUR SERVICES IN OTHER PROVINCES?
A - Presently, we only offer our services within the province of Ontario. However, it is option that we will be exploring regarding offering our services in other provinces or even in the United State of America.
